On our way out we shared our issue with the Assistant Mgr who looked professional, nice smile and oblivious to our complaint about the over-layed captions – He asked if we moved our 3D glasses to see if it looked different – he responded as if it was the way 3D works. The sound-system was spectacular, the screen was awesome. When the movie started (which included captions in English) – the text-words in English was over-layed text and jagged at-least 4 times over-lapped letters, where we could not make out the words and the story-line for the majority of the movie – that was very irritating. We were first disappointed that we couldn’t order food to dine in the 3D/Imax theatre and no one explained why we couldn’t – we were looking forward to spend more money on some good eating but we ended up paying a high-price for pop-corn and a large drink – the popcorn wasn’t that good for the price they were charging. My husband and I watched Stalingrad in 3D/Imax and paid a hefty price $30-bucks for 2 (didn’t mind spending the money… just wanted what the website sold us.
